Built in 2000, the exhibition centre of Piacenza has been created with principles inspired by the more modern architecture, with a particular attention for the comfort, the rational distribution of the spaces and the safeness of facilities and services: a space in line with the European format to accommodate specialized fairs and events for the generic audience.

The fairground is composed of the following structures:
10,000 sqm exhibiting area (Pavilion 1)
It is opposite to the main entrance and single-level. Entirely wired, air-conditioned, with the availability of compressed air, gas and electricity to any load.

3,000 sqm exhibiting area (Pavilion 2)
It is located near the east entrance and equipped with the latest technology; it can be used with or without the Pavilion 1.

1,000 sqm exhibiting area (Pavilion 3)
It is located in front of main congress hall; it can be used with or without the Pavilion 1.

On the roof of both pavilions (1and 2) there is a photovoltaic system that consists of 3,774 panels with a total power equal to 905.76 kWp.

30,000 sqm exhibiting outside area
It is equipped with the necessary technology services and allows the performance of outdoor events or the implementation of the inside exhibiting areas.
